I love to learn how to do something that I've never tried before. I will not shy away from my discomfort. Instead I will face my fear head on, which provides me the chance to grow and flourish in a new context. Expanding my skills enables me to serve others more effectively and improve the quality of my work.

Ask me what you want to know and I'll give you a direct and thoughtful answer. Once I become familiar with someone I have the ability to modify my responses to the style of that individual. I believe that honest communication alleviates uncertainty and stress levels, and helps to build trust within a team.

I am confident in the abilities that I possess and can articulate how I may best serve a philosophy, project, or team. Alternately, I believe it is important to be aware of my shortcomings. I actively seek feedback from all sources and am receptive to opinions about my work and attitude. I consider it my duty to constantly improve myself in order to deliver the best product or service.
