PERSONAL GROWTH

 respectful confrontation

Working with high standards caused a lot of tension between different personalities. I learned to challenge a wrong with tact and finesse.

 process improvement

Though it was not encouraged, I found ways to improve the efficiency of my own processes, and eventually of my entire department.

 rapid error identification

It was important that I learned to find errors while performing other tasks. In 3+ years my assembly line only had one error pointed out to us.

 leadership

As my tenure grew I was put in charge of my assembly line and helped to guide the other leaders in accuracy, morale, and efficiency.
