After an open-staff meeting in 2018, two of the Arapahoe Libraries directors requested to shadow me for part of my library shift. They were seeking to better understand the daily workload and pace experienced on an average day. Each director shadowed me for 2 hours, which allowed me to answer their questions and to explain the stresses and rewards of the Library Specialist position.

I created this checklist as a take-away following our time together.
