As a member of the Inclusivity Guild at Arapahoe Libraries I was offered the opportunity to attend a conference that focused on creating equitable systems for all people with special focus on dismantling the damage inflicted by colonial laws and attitudes, and unjust systems created for the sole benefit of white Americans. My intention of this summary was to offer suggestions on how to integrate my findings into the mission and culture of Arapahoe Libraries. My recommendations can be found on pages 8 and 9.
